What is a SAP Energy Report?

The energy rating is determined using calculations set by the Governments Standard Assessment Procedure. (SAP)

The SAP awards an energy rating efficiency score to the home on a scale of 1-100 points. The greater the points the more energy efficient the property.

As well as advising on the current energy efficiency of the property, the SAP Energy Rating Report will advise of the action you can take to increase the energy efficiency of your home, including approximate payback years. This will enable you to cost and budget on your purchase.

This report will provide answers to the following:

	How energy efficient your new home will be.
	What the annual fuel bill is likely to be for your new home.
	The current level of Carbon Dioxide emissions from your new home.
	What steps you can take to increase the energy efficiency.
	The likely cost to improve the energy efficiency of your new home.
